This is why I created Food Liberation, a 90-day IE coaching program for mindful individuals like you to transform your relationship with food, connect with your body, and live out the life you love.

 

My signature 90-day course that integrates intuitive eating and mindfulness techniques so you can be guided through a step by step proven framework that has helped many individuals transform their relationship with food and their bodies.

Indefinite access to tools and resources because it doesn’t end after 90 days. You will have what you need to continue to practice techniques after our time together.
